A pub for people with great taste, The White Horse is ideally located in the beautiful village of Shenely, on the outskirts of north London.

Providing the perfect setting to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this stylish pub, bar, and restaurant uses only the finest, locally sourced ingredients to cook up a storm, every day of the week.

Perfect for all occasions, The White Horse is also a great place to simply kick back, relax and enjoy great food, in great surroundings, especially if you fancy a mid-week treat.

We are a family friendly establishment, and even offer a dedicated children’s menu that has been designed to satisfy even the fussiest of taste buds.

Adequate car parking is available, so you won’t have to worry about finding a car parking space when you visit us.

Conveniently located on the outskirts of London, The White Horse is easily accessible by road, on foot, and via public transport.

The closest train station is Radlett which is just a seven minute drive from The White Horse.

Located in the picturesque village of Shenley, there are plenty of things to do and see in the area surrounding The White Horse – so if you’re planning on paying us a visit, why not make a day of it.

If you’re looking to take in some fresh air and relaxing surroundings, the stunning Shenley Park is right on our doorstep. Open all year round, this wonderful park features an orchard and meadows, woodland walks, historic buildings, a number of play areas, and an amazing two acres of landscaped Walled Garden with an amphitheatre. Perfect for a sunny Sunday morning family activity, once you’ve finished exploring the park, why not call into The White Horse for a delicious Sunday roast.

The Watling Chase Timberland Trail also passes through the village as it winds for some 10.5 miles from Elstree and Borehamwood railway to Smallford. If you’re following in the footsteps of the travellers who have used this historic footpath for over 2,000 years, The White Horse provides the perfect stopping point to refuel.

And, when the cricket season is in full swing, the historic Shenley Cricket Club offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a picnic or a pint.
